IDLER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Idler Academy tickets for both events and courses are FULLY TRANSFERABLE. This means if you are unable to attend an event or course you have booked, then you may pass your ticket on. Please simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 0203 176 7907 with your details and the details of the person whom you would like to transfer your ticket(s) to.
If you would like to cancel a ticket, we accept cancellations for an event 14 days before performance date, and for a course 28 days before start date, refunding your money in full. Fewer than 14 days before an event and 28 days before a course and we shall not be able to offer a refund.*
If you would like to request a refund for an event, course, gift or any other product purchased from us, please contact us at email@example.com or 0203 176 7907.
*This does not apply to holidays or retreats. Please refer to the individual product page for more information on the relevant refund and cancellation policy.
If you have a query regarding the cancellation of your Print membership or subscription, please contact our subscription mailing house Webscribe at firstname.lastname@example.org or 01442 820 580.
The Idler collects your data so that we can fulfil your subscription, your event booking and any other orders placed on the Idler website. If you have created an account on the Idler website, the Idler collects your data in order to manage your account. You can delete your account at any time by emailing email@example.com. We do not share your data with third parties. We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any third parties.
