Following the storming success of the Idler’s Academy at Port Eliot, we are pleased to announce that we are running a second term. This time we are guests at the Curiouser Gathering 2010: Back to Albion, a small music and crafts festival in the grounds of Berry Pomeroy Castle near Totnes in Devon. It takes place on 3-5 September.

Idler snail artist Ged Wells has delivered us a big box full of brand spanking new t-shirts and hoodies. They are all hand-printed in small runs. Among the new designs we have anarchist-coloured black hoodies with red snails, “Do Less” t-shirts with medieval style lettering (modelled below by Delilah), black “Work Kills” t-shirts and snail t-shirts in a sort of taupe colour.

The Idler is an annual, book-shaped magazine that campaigns against the work ethic. It was founded in 1993 by Tom Hodgkinson and his friend Gavin Pretor-Pinney.
