Transform your handwriting with Cherrell Avery

Date: Sunday 9th and Sunday 30th November 2014

Time: 11am – 1:30pm

A pair of Sunday workshops, the first to introduce exercises and techniques, and the second a month later to review and refine after home practise. NB All participants will be asked to complete a handwritten questionnaire which will need to be sent to the tutor prior to the first session.

This course follows our sell out six week handwriting course and is ideal for out of town Idlers or those who cannot commit to attending 6 consecutive weeks.

Whether you would like to be able to write beautifully, more legibly or neater at speed, this pair of practical sessions will give you the skills and understanding you need to begin the process.

Through a series of individual and group exercises you will discover which is the best pen for you, analyse and improve your writing posture, letter formation, joins and fluency.

Individual advice and guided practice will given during the sessions. In addition, recommendations regarding how to internalise and reinforce your writing skills at home will be discussed with the aim of helping you to develop a unique handwriting style to be proud of.

In order to progress to the second workshop participants will need to have attended the first session.

These sessions are also suitable as a refresher for those who have previously attended Idler Handwriting courses.
