Learn to make dairy free artisan chocolates with master chocolatier Bianca Marton

Since giving up a corporate career to pursue her passion, Bianca Marton been making a name for herself as a chocolatier. Her award-winning chocolates are natural, organic, dairy free and, of course, delicious. Bianca also runs regular workshops at her shop in Brentford. Tonight, she’ll be teaching you to make your own chocolate truffles and hearts.
You’ll learn to temper chocolate, which is necessary for making shapes, moulded chocolates, decorations, truffle covering. You’ll learn to make truffles the dairy free way, from preparing the ganache and adding flavourings to filling the shells and decorating your truffles. And there’ll be plenty of opportunity to taste Bianca’s chocolates. Each participant will go home with 12 beautifully gift-wrapped truffles and 6 to 8 solid hearts.
